The very long wait…
Wait for the day, the rain will make her wet…
Dry, sick, tired and hot…
To test her he comes not…
The wind comes and whispers in her ear,
“The day you are waiting has come near”
The clouds thunder and the sky darkens black,
She hears him..!”He has come back”
Her heart thumps hard with excitement
Craves for his shower of love and contentment…
The wind says “Better luck next time dear”
Your love has gone and no longer near”
Defiant mischievous naughty he is
Yet she loves him forgetting who she is..
Again begins her yet another wait
For the dream day he will make her wet…
