One stress at a time!

Life has become so fast! There are so many fronts that need to be handled all at a time. Your girlfriend is angry with you, the boss has piled up work for you, your dear pet has to be hospitalized and the list is never-ending. The clock runs faster than we can imagine. The more we run the more we have to multi-task. Multiple stresses on multiple fonts kill our happiness faster than what a deadly poison can!

But I don’t believe in eliminating stress in our lives! Everything in small amount is always good. If we kick out the real stress, our creative mind will become a devil’s workshop with imaginary problems!Β The key is one stress at a time! This is nothing but fooling your mind! Tell yourself that you have to worry about only one thing a day. On the rest of the fronts of your life, there are millions of reasons to smile. πŸ™‚

    It was a very short yet very valuable and helpful write up. A speaker usually tend to speak a lot on the dais showing his/her oratory skill and a writer tend to explain a lot by showing his/her writing skills etc… But you never tried to write a lot yet I can sense the impact of the article was great.

  4. A little bit of stress is good, but not too much. Like to many things in life, we need to manage between deficiency and overdose. The same goes for silence, speaking, exercise, reading and even water. So many things we cannot be without, and all of them with some limit.
