The rain poured,
Carrying away the bits of my heart;,
Purifying my soul,
Making me whole;
The rain poured,
With droplets trickling down my body,
Carrying my pains,
Enlivening my veins;
The rain poured,
With sharp, curt stabs of rain drops;
Taking away my emotions,
And my needy dependence;
The rain poured,
On the insecure flower inside me,
Whispering in my ear,
“learn to live alone dear”;
The rain poured,
Revealing the truth with an advice,
Its time to cut of those ties,
One is born alone and alone one dies.
